23、，培养学生做笔记的能力，记一些关键词如名词、动词、数词等。第一遍听大意，判断预测的结果，第二三遍听细节，必要时要适当给学生停顿。最后再回顾听力材料。对于说，要学生融入到课堂中去，锻炼自己说的能力。特别是通过小组活动或是两人一组的对话，让学生之间相互操练，可以更好地提高学生说的能力。当然这次课暴露了一些问题，如上课节奏和学生反应节奏不一致，提问学生不全面，对各个层面的学生照顾不全，争取在以后的教学中改进。虽然从目前看山东省2014届高考取消英语听力，但在平常的教学中，包括市组织的教学检测中，还是注重对学生基本功的考查。北京卷已经进行了2016届英语考高的改革，所以听力依然重要，学生的口语训练依然重要。我们更应注重从高一年级对学生的基础表达能力的夯实，在平时的教学工作中积累学生的听、说等能力。
