Evaluation 3.What useful expression are usually used to introduce a great person.4.Get students put some useful expressions into English.【设计意图】 此环节是写作前的准备,首先让学生讨论介绍伟人时,应介绍哪些内容,学生会想到关于人物的各方面信息,然后再引导学生从众多的信息中挑选最重点的几大信息,让学生形成写作内容的图式,以帮助学生将这种图式迁移到将来的其他伟人简介中。接着,给学生的写作增加语言图式,有了写作的框架

Show two of the studnets writing and assess their writing with the whole class.【设计意图】通过整个单元的学习,学生对曼德拉的生平及性格有了一定的了解,同时也有了一定的语言积累,因此,该写作则是整个单元的语言输出环节。由于高一新生刚入学没多久,对学生的写作要求不能太高,以鼓励学生将语句表达通顺,尽可能多运用学过的词汇,同时在必要时运用本单元所学的定语从句来整合信息。Step4.
