由Annual Subscription with Gift Pack下的信息可知,带有礼包的年度订阅费用为:Europe 60 Rest of World 70,故答案为D项。 故选A项。2.

Her job is to make sure that clean parts of the hospitals are kept separate from areas that are polluted. Dedieu has just returned from Liberia可以判断,Dedieu目前不在利比里亚,因此A项错误;由第二段的最后一句话可知,2003年利比里亚国内战争爆发时,Dedieu在利比里亚,并没有提到她在当兵,因此C项错误;由第三段第一句话可

根据最后一段中的when theres an emergency. do whats really needed可知,Cameron Bopp认为无国界医生组织不同于其他人道主义组织最主要的一点是它有许多可靠的捐赠者。

But their post-work life still needs structure and purposes. Without these two key pillars(支柱), life can get boring and lonely very quickly. One very good way to fill the

、blank is to give time and energy to others through volunteering. 故选A项。3. For retirees Ross and Carol Chenot, volunteering has made their golden years incredibly fulfilling.

故选A项。 故选A项。

When two governments have divisions on important matters, they usually do not want their civilians to exchange news or ideas freely.

、rriers that were difficult or dangerous to cross a hundred years ago can now be crossed easily. The barriers that people themselves make are not so easy to overcome.

根据下文表转折的连词But可知,本空应与下文some elderly individuals may need the help of people who volunteer their time to boost their spirits and aid them with basic tasks构成转折关系,C选项描述的是不需要志愿者服务的老

误解分析:本空易误选F项,虽然F选项也有代词These, F选项中的help with the elderly in your community and beyond“帮助在你的社区以内或以外的老人”与本段主题句Work at a loca

根据上文中的you apply to volunteer in their community可知,提供志愿者服务需要提出申请才行,目的正是G选项中所描述的ensure the safety of the elderly“确保老年人的安全”。 Donate money to an elderly cause.

He was having trouble moving his fingers.以及Bryan looked dow

、n at his hands. They felt stiff now可知他难以移动自己的手指,而且现在手都僵硬了。 故选A。4. or或者;so因此;but但是;until直到为止。

where哪里;which哪一个;how如何;what什么。 故选A。 Could he reall
