The passive Voice of phrasal verbGenerally speaking, only transitive verbs can form the passive voice, for only transitive verbs can be followed by objects. But many intransitive
9、 verbs together with some prepositions and adverbs can be used as transitive verbs. So they can also be followed by the objects. Therefore they can also be used in passive voice.But note that all the phrasal verbs are used as a whole. When using them in passive voice, we cannot drop out the preposit
