2、s That Talk.Unit 4 Body languageFor example,to do the“AllAmerican Handshake”,youhave to look into another persons eyes,hold his or her wholehand,two or three times.According to Brown,this is thehandshake of a good listener and trustworthy person.Politicians and salespeople often use the“TwoHandedHan

3、dshake”because its extrafriendly.They put their lefthand on the other persons arm or shoulder as they shakehands.This can feel too friendly to some people,so its best touse it with good friends.Unit 4 Body languageWatch out for people with handshakes that pull yourfingers,or twist(扭转)your hand.If yo

4、u get one of thesehandshakes,the person is trying to intimidate(恐吓)you.Two more uncomfortable handshakes are the“Palm Pinch”and the“Dead Fish”.A Palm Pincher shakes yourhand with only a few fingers.In the Dead Fish handshake,thepersons hand slides out of the handshake.Its possible thatthe people wit

5、h these handshakes are embarrassed(尴尬的)orshy.Unit 4 Body languageShaking hands is an important part of body language.Itcan identify someone as truthful,friendly,powerful,or nervous.Its hard to be successful without knowing about a goodhandshake such as the AllAmerican.If this isnt your naturalhandsh
