7、答表示频率的提问。3. 学习策略1) 利用mime和图片推测理解词汇意思。 利用音标正确拼读单词。2) 通过学唱英语歌及阅读学会用动名词描述对活动的喜爱。3) 通过对课文的模仿能进行情景模拟对话,运用所学词汇和句型提高语言运用和表达能力。4. 情感与态度 通过对“staying healthy”话题的学习与讨论,增强学生积极参加锻炼、健康生活的意识二、 单元教学建议 在本课中出现了很多的有关户内、户外运动的词汇,教师在复习和教授书本词汇的同时可以适当拓展一些词组。使学生能分辨室内、室外运动也是个较重要的教学任务,通过一系列的对话操练,使学生较好地掌握。 描述身体状况对学生来说是一个全新的内容,

8、教师应具体介绍词汇让学生掌握,在此基础上再来教授课文。并要求学生掌握询问原因的句型,会用连词来回答原因。设置一些情景让学生进行操练,运用于实际中。 提问活动出现的频率是学生未接触过的知识点,针对经常发生的事情询问频度,是本课的重点。建议让学生叙述自己经常做的事情,然后互相询问频率,进行大量的语言运用。三、 教学设计Listening and speaking: Health problem1. 教材分析本课的内容是健康问题。话题上比较贴近我们学生的实际生活。主要讲述了在医院看病,病人描述身体状况,医生给出建议。学生对内容不难理解。本课生词不少,主要都是描述身体状况的词汇,但学生在小学阶段已经学

9、过国际音标,学生有一定拼读基础。本课的语言结构是用Why do I always have? Its because., too much/ not enough , Im afraid. 询问原因及婉转表述理由。以及用more/less/fewer正确表达程度。这是本单元的重点,教师有必要在课堂教学中进行大量的机械性和实际运用性相结合的操练。2. 教学目标1) To help students learn the new words: headache, stomachache, toothache, cold, fever, sore throat2) To help the studen

10、ts learn to talk about health problems by using “Why do I always have? Its because too much/ not enough , Im afraid.”3) To teach the students identify conditions correctly by using “more/less/fewer”4) To arouse the students to care more about their health and live a healthy life3. 教学活动设计教学步骤教学实施建议教学

11、建议说明IPre-task preparation 1. Let the students listen to a chant and read in rhythm.2. Ask students to look at the pictures and tell whats the matter with the boy. (To teach the new words with the help of the pictures and the phonetic symbols.)运用一首chant引入话题并创设语言氛围。通过图片引出生词,引导学生根据发音规则试读试拼生词。II.While-t

12、askprocedure1. Ask students look at the pictures and tell the cause of the symptoms and give suggestions by using “Why do I always? Its becausetoo much/too many/ not enough”2. Ask students to give suggestions by using “You shouldmore/less/fewer”3. Ask students to listen and read the dialogue after t

Read, match and say: Help Doctor Chen give advice to the patients.创设情境,引导学生理解too much/too many/ not enough以及fewer/less/more的用法区别。听读课文,巩固学生的理解并进行操练。III.Post-reading activitiesAsk the students to work in pairs and act out the dialogue in a hospital.将所学的知识在情境中综合运用。3. 作业设计1. Read and recite the text on P24 and P 252. Write 3 medical records(病例) for the patients on page 25. Options(选作):What else can cause(引起) a headache/toothache/a cold?Give more advice to keep healthy.
