Step 2:Introduction通知是上级对下级或组织对成员部署工作、传达事情
7、、召开会议时所使用的一种文体。它一般分为书面通知和口头通知。Step3 :Writing tips分类书面通知口头通知格式书面通知即告示,是主事人或主事部门以书面形式向相关对象,以布告的形式张贴或写在布告牌栏上的常见实用文体。书面通知的一般格式如下:标题:1.书面通知正文上面正中,往往用NOTICE一词。2.称呼语:指通知的对象(可省去)。常用的有:ladies and gentlemen;Boys and girls; Teachers and students等。3.正文:书面通知的正文往往开门见山直接点明通知的要点:人物、时间、地点、事由等。4.发布时间及落款:一般写在正文的左下角(在落
8、款的下一行)或右上角(在notice的下一行)。发布通知的单位一般写在正文后的右下角。口头通知就是口头传达消息。表达尽量口语化,格式包括:1.称呼语:指通知的对象和书面通知类似,但没有其正式。2.正文:开头常用May I have your attention, please!Attention, please;Be quiet, please! I have something important to say等引起听众的注意。然后说清楚通知的内容、时间、地点等。3. 结束语:口头通知结尾常用Thats all, thank you 等,以示礼貌。注意1.通知的正文部分要简洁明了,切忌评论;
