Change the way you perceive them or improve your tactic. Then eventually you could have a peaceful conversation. Understanding where

4、they are originating from is one of the ways to realize their attitude to being difficult.Be relaxed when you are in a conflict with them. It will help you not to react angrily. Always stay positive and see the good side of the situation. If you give in to your anger, the impossible person will grab

5、 that opportunity and forever keep in mind everything you said while angry. Itll be taken against you and wont be forgotten.Get involved in their situation. After understanding their being and attitude, you may feel pity and very soon tolerate them. However, never share your personal life just becau

6、se you think theyre not that bad. Do not assume too much. They will not change so fast. You cannot go ahead and tell them what you are currently experiencing.
