1、Unit 5 What were you doing when the rainstorm came ?第四课时(教学设计)教学目标1. 语言能力:(1)掌握单词和短语:realize;make ones way。(2)掌握句型Kate was still making her way to school.I saw a dog by the side of the road and it was hurt. 2.文化意识:虽然生活中我们会发生各种小意外,以致参加活动时迟到或者无法参加提前安排好的活动,但是我们仍然要养成守时的习惯,尽量预留充分的时间并做好一定的准备,做一个准时守约的人。3.思

2、维品质:能够在听说活动中准确获取关键信息,例如:事件、时间、地点、原因、过程、结果等信息,提高逻辑思维和获取关键信息的能力。引导学生互相帮助,体贴父母,乐于做力所能及的事情来帮助父母。能够明白动物是人类的朋友,要热爱并保护动物。4.学习能力:(1) 能够听懂谈论过去发生的事情对话,并且能够根据所听内容提取关键信息。(2) 能够熟练运用连词when和while讲故事。(3)能够养成按时、守时的好习惯。教学重点与难点1. 重点:(1)掌握本课时单词、短语和句型。(2)能独立完成本节课的听力任务,并能用过去进行时讲述发生在自己身边的小故事。2. 难点:(1)能独立完成本节课的听力任务,并能用过去进行

3、时讲述发生在自己身边的小故事。(2)一般过去时与过去进行时的区别。(3)能够熟练运用连词when和while讲故事。教学准备教具准备: ppt,教材教学过程老师活动学生活动设计意图Lead in(5minutes)Show Ss a video about Peters terrible day and lead them to retell Peters day.Watch a video abut Peters terrible day and try to retell the story. 让学生观看Peter的视频,学习本课重点,学会讲述自己的故事。Pre-listening(5mi

4、nutes)1. Work on 1a. Think of a time when they were late for or couldnt go to an event. What was the event? What was the reason why they were late or couldnt go?
