4、arents or were abused.“We work with about 300 disadvantaged children and youth from the surrounding area.And we use the arts as a tool to build their self confidence,to develop their communication skills,leadership skills and give them opportunities to really develop in life through the arts,”he sai

7、and enthusiasm for their future,but they cant pay the fee for higher education,”says Silbaugh.So,In Movement has begun to try to help students connect with organizations that could sponsor their education costs.Despite the challenges,Silbaugh says he would like to see the arts program developed,and
