1、Unit 6 Happy birthday教学设计(Period 3)一、教材内容分析本课时提供学生要学习的Uu、Vv、Ww、Xx、Yy、Zz六个字母和这六个字母在单词中的发音。要求学生能听说读写所学字母,并在学习字母音形的基础上,初步掌握五个辅音字母和元音字母Uu作为单词字母首字母的发音。二、学生情况分析学生是三年级的学生,本课是第六单元的Part A Letters and sounds。通过1-5单元的字母学习,学生已熟练掌握字母A-T的字母音、发音以及书写,并建立了letter和sound之间的联系。期望学生在学习本课后,能够掌握字母U, V, W, X, Y, Z的字母名,发音和书写

2、,并且能分辨出在单词中的发音,通过一些辨音活动,有意识地培养学生的音位意识。三、教学目标1.学生能准确认读、说出字母UVWXYZ的字母名及在字母表中的顺序。2.学生能正确书写字母UVWXYZ的大小写形式。3.通过听音、归纳,学生能够辨认、说出6个字母作为单词首字母或尾字字的发音,并正确听读相关例词。4.通过如sharp eyes等游戏、竞赛活动和小组合作,锻炼学生认读字母及单词的能力,并过渡到简单的句子,为阅读打好基础。四、教学重难点教学重点:学生能够掌握字母UVWXYZ的名称、书写及字母在单词词首、词尾的发音。教学难点:1.能读准字母V、W的嘴形。2.学生能建立起以上字母与其在单词开头或结尾

3、的发音之间的联系并能读出相关例词。五、教学步骤1. Lead-in教具出示Letter man,介绍课题。T: We have a new friend today. He is Letter man. There are so many letters in Letter Man. What are they? (复习前面学过的字母名)Ss: I see A, B, C . (板书Letters)设计意图:利用Letter man吸引学生的注意力,利用句型念出Letter Man身上的字母,复习学过的字母同时将旧知识滚动出现。2. RevisionT: Letters can make so

4、unds. Do you know the letter sounds?T:(板书sounds)Ss: /t/l/s/ (复习前面学过的字母发音)设计意图:通过Letter man引导学生复习已学的字母发音,区分letters与sounds的概念。3. Present and practice the letter names and their alphabetic orders.T: letter man is happy that you remember him. He wants to sing a song for you. Lets listen.(1)Listen and gu

5、ess.听letter man唱字母歌,出本课目标字母:U, V, W, X, Y, Z。T: Oh, some of the letters are missing. Can you tell which letters?Ss: Uu, Vv, Ww, Xx, Yy, Zz.(2)Match the letters.大小写字母配对活动。T: Can you match the capital letters and lowercase letters?(3)Play the game: Sharp eyes.操练巩固已学所有字母的认读。T: Great! You can match the

6、letters. But the letters are naughty. Can you find them and read them out?(4)Learn to write the letters.学写目标字母的大小写。T: Letter man is happy to make friends with you. He has a name card for you. But the card is wet. Letter man wants you to help him write them down.Look and watch the position of letters

7、.Conclude the position of letters.Look and write in the air with teacher.Write the letters.设计意图:让学生听一首完整的字母歌,对26个字母的位置有整体的输入,明确知道UVWXYZ在字母中的位置,明确字母名后利用配对和sharp eyes进行练习巩固,在操练字母环节中出现大量前面学过的字母,新旧结合。然后进行字母的书写,为下面听并在句子中书写做铺垫。让学生在观察中尝试自学字母的写法,然后总结大小写字母的位置,再发挥老师的指导作用,提醒学生字母的占格。4. Present and practice the

8、letter sounds and the related words.(1)Listen and say.听一听并根据单词的发音,说出字母的发音。T: boys and girls, you have known how to write the letters. But do you know the letters make sounds? Please listen and tell me what the letters say.(2)Listen and circle.听一听并圈出单词包含的字母。T: so we could know that every letter makes

9、 a sound. Please listen and circle which sound the words have.(3)Learn the words by phonics.尝试用phonics拼读单词。T: Good job. Now we know the letter sounds. Can you try to blend the combinations and words?(4)Lets make a new chant with the sounds.小组合作利用字母发音创编歌谣。T: good job. Letter man is happy and he wants

10、 to chant for you. Lets listen. (播放录音) wow, the chant is amazing. Can you try to make a similar chant? Work in your group.(5)Look at the picture and make sentences.尝试用已经学过的句子造句。设计意图:从单词逐渐过渡到字母发音,再回归单词。让学生通过听并自己总结巩固字母的发音,并能通过听词辨音活动有意识培养学生的音位意识,激活学生已有知识与新知相联系,巩固对字母音的认识。再让学生小组合作,独立创编歌谣,培养学生的自主性。再根据已有的书

11、本图片,联系以往的旧知识造句,从单词拓展到句子及简单的句子阅读。5.Try to finish the sentences.先看图尝试自己完成句子,再听录音核对或辅助完成句子。设计意图:从字母的发音过渡到单词再到简单的阅读,帮助学生了解句子是从单词构成的,同时让学生在句子中书写进行强化,再到阅读简单的句子。6. Conclusion.T: Letter Man is so happy to know you all. He has new clothes about “UVWXYZ”. Can you find them and say the sounds?设计意图:将今天所学字母归入Let

12、ter Man之中,使字母回归到字母表体系里。7. Homework.T: Letter Man likes reading, because reading to makes us happy. So after class, you can read the books and share with your classmates.(1)Read story-books, share with classmates next class.(2)Draw a letter man with u, v, w, x, y, z.设计意图:用今天学的字母画画,让学生更有趣味地完成字母书写,打破传统的抄写作业。并用赠送的电子书加强关于字母u的发音练习,并且阅读。
