Without proper diet and exercise kids are at risk of developing fragile bones when they get older. Thats because our bodies are very good a

18、t building bones until about the age of 30, when the process stops. Dr. Lawrence Raisz, scientific editor of The 2004 Surgeon Generals Report on Bone Health and Osteoporosis(骨质疏松症), agrees. “Were in bad shape, ”he says. His report predicts that by 2020, half of all Americans over the age of 50 will
