、最后一句“You will soon get used to your surroundings and find new friends at your new school.” 根据第四段最后一句“This can help you to find your way around the school and to make new friends

、 faster.” 根据文章最后一段最后一句提到“there are things that your parents and the school can do to help you cope with the change.”

look up“查阅”;take up“占据”;come up with“提出”,均不符合语境。 故选A。

5选A根据下文“to get to the post office”可知,信封是要邮出去的,应在信封上写好寄信人和收信人的地址。

、B。9选A根据下句“The train was still there.” 故选A。

17选C根据上文“got the job”和下文“as deputy general manager”可推知,C项正确。

故选A。 根据文章第五段倒数第二句“Upon leaving the store, we feel honorable and our selfrespect is increased.” 根据文中第五段第二句“Deep down inside we would kn

、ow ourselves as a type of thief.” 根据文中第五段中的“Immediately the clerk knows us to be honorable. Upon leaving the store, we feel honorable .”

To many people, music has always been part of life, and they listen to music on the radio, on TV, on iPad and on the Internet. As is vividly shown in the picture, the music fan is trying to download songs he enjoys, but every time he wants to download something, the website

When we can no longer download for free, we will naturally become dissatisfied. However, as the intellect

、ual property law has come into effect, websites are forbidden to provide free music download, which is certain to benefit the whole society in the long term. From my point of view, we should pay to download music. The artists work very hard to compose music. If they dont get paid, they will feel there is very little value in their work. In this case, many composers will lose passion to go ahead and gradually we will find beautiful music nowhere.
