16、同事相处的第一步便是平等。不管你是资深的老员工, 还是新进的员工, 都需要丢掉不平等的关系, 无论是心存自大或心存自卑都是同事相处的大忌。同事之间相处具有相近性、长期性、固定性, 彼此都有较全面深刻的了解。要特别注意的是真诚相待, 才可以赢得同事的信任。信任是连接同事间友谊的纽带, 真诚是同事间相处共事的基础。即使你各方面都很优秀, 即使你认为自己以一个人的力量就能完成眼前的工作, 也不要显得太张狂。要知道还有以后, 以后你并不一定能独立完成一切, 还是平等友善地对待他人吧。2. 善于交流同在一个公司、办公室里工作, 你与同事之间会存在某些差异, 知识、能力、经历造成你们在对待和处理工作时,

17、会产生不同的想法。交流是协调的开始, 把自己的想法说出来, 听对方的想法, 你要经常说这样一句话: “你看这事该怎么办, 我想听听你的看法。”3. 谦虚谨慎法国哲学家罗西法古曾说过: “如果你要得到仇人, 就表现得比你的仇人优越; 如果你要得到朋友, 就要让你的朋友表现得比你优越。”当我们让朋友表现得比我们更优越时, 他们就会有一种被肯定的感觉; 但是当我们表现得比他们更优越时, 他们就会产生一种自卑感, 甚至对我们产生敌视情绪。因为谁都在自觉不自觉地强烈维护着自己的形象和尊严。所以, 对自己要轻描淡写, 要学会谦虚谨慎, 只有这样, 我们才会永远受到别人的欢迎。为此, 卡耐基曾有过一番妙论:

18、 “你有什么值得炫耀的吗? 你知道是什么原因使你没有成为白痴吗? 其实不是什么了不起的东西, 只不过是你甲状腺中的碘而已, 价值并不高, 才五分钱。如果别人割开你颈部的甲状腺, 取出一点点的碘, 你就变成一个白痴了。在药房中五分钱就可以买到这些碘, 这就是使你没有住在疯人院的东西价值五分钱的东西, 有什么好谈的呢? ”4. 化解矛盾一般而言, 与同事有点小摩擦、小隔阂是很正常的事。但千万不要把这种“小不快”演变成“大对立”, 甚至成为敌对关系。对别人的行动和成就表示真正的关心, 是一种表达尊重与欣赏的方式, 也是化敌为友的纽带。5. 接受批评从批评中寻找积极成分。如果同事对你的错误大加抨击,

19、即使带有强烈的感情色彩, 也不要与之争论不休, 而要从积极的方面来理解他的抨击。这样, 不但对你改正错误有帮助, 也避免了语言敌对场面的出现。6. 创造能力一加一大于二, 但你应该让它大得更多。培养自己的创造能力, 不要安于现状, 试着发掘自己的潜力。一个有不凡表现的人, 除了能保持与人合作以外, 还需要所有人乐意与你合作。总之, 作为一名员工, 你应该表现出你的思想感情、学识修养、道德品质、处世态度、举止风度, 做到坦诚而不轻率, 谨慎而不拘泥, 活泼而不轻浮, 豪爽而不粗俗, 这样你一定可以和其他同事融洽相处, 提高自己团队作战的能力。承担责任看似简单, 但实施起来则很困难。教会领导如何就损害团队的行为批评自己的伙伴是一件不容易的事情。但是, 如果有清晰的团队目标, 有损这些目标的行为就能够轻易地纠正。团队合作并非是难以理解的理念, 但当所涉及的人是具有坚强意志、自身已经成功的领导时, 它极其难以实现。团队合作并非不值得经历这些艰辛, 但其回报鲜见且又代价高昂。如果领导没有勇气强迫团队成员去实现团队合作所需的条件, 还不如彻底远离这个理念。不过, 这又需要另一种勇气不要团队的勇气。
