2、的方式很多种,主要是为了突出信息,有些事语法上的需要,同时也对信息起不同程度的强调作用。Emphasis强调考点一:用词语进行强调(常用形容词、副词、介词短语、助动词来加强语气)。1.用形容词进行强调,在名词强可以加 very,only,single,such,so 等形容词。(1)Thats the very textbook we used last term.(2)You aer the only person here that can speak French.(3)Not a single person was in the shop this morning.(4)How dar

6、 It+be+被强调部分+that+其他部分。Emphasis没有实际意义be动词用 is/was可以是主语、宾语或状语,但不能是谓语和定语强调人时还可以用whoe.g.I came across Jim in the park yesterday.强调主语:It was I that/who came across Jim in the park yesterday.强调宾语:It was Jim that/who I came across in the park yesterday.强调地点状语:It was in the park that I came across Jim yest

7、erday.强调时间状语:It was yesterday that I came across Jim in the park .Emphasis强调句的“多变”形式(1)一般疑问句式:Is/Was it+被强调部分+that/who+其他?Was it in the house that he was born?(2)特殊疑问句式:特殊疑问词+is/was it that/who+其他?When is it that they will leave for Beijing?(3)“not.until.”的强调句式:It is/was not until.that+其他.It was not

8、 until she spoke that I recognized she was Mary.Emphasis强调句注意事项:1.去掉 It is/was.that/who 后句子仍然完整。2.强调句可以用来强调主语、宾语或状语等,不能强调谓语和定语。3.强调主语时,that/who 后的谓语动词与被强调的主语在人称和数上应保持一致。Emphasis考点三:易与强调句混淆的几个句型(1)It was ten oclock when we got home last night.(2)It was at ten oclock that we got home last night.(3)It
