2、事欠了解，并且用一个完整的英语句子表达自己有一定的难度.4、 对于一部分学习较吃力的同学，尽量让其在合作学习的模式下也能参与学习，设计任务时由易到难，难易适中，在活动过程中给予必要的支持和鼓励。二、教材分析本节课是新标准英语（人教版）必修二Unit 2 The Olympic Games里的第二篇阅读理解。课题取材于古希腊神话故事-希腊公主Atlanta不满于奥运会禁止妇女参加的规定，所以与国王约定：她要与男子比赛跑步，男子赢了，公主就嫁给他；如输了就得被处死。英雄希波墨涅斯(Hippomenes)在爱神的帮助下用计在同公主的赛跑中获胜，而得以娶她为妻。主要学习内容是阅读理解题，主要引导学生学
3、会“读前”预测，关注记叙文的写作特点并思考故事的情节将如何发展。在“读时”,引导学生重点关注五个Wh-问题，了解其故事大意。在“读后”，学生参与讨论，思考自己如果是其中主人公，会怎么做。学生还可以学习续接故事，设计故事结尾，并将其表演出来,旨在加强学生的参与性和自主性，并学会团队合作。三、教学目标知识目标： 学生通过阅读和小组活动了解希腊公主Atlanta与国王的约定、英雄希波墨涅斯(Hippomenes)如何获得爱神的帮助参与比赛的。能力目标：1.学生能通过预览标题预测（predict)课文内容。（预测能力）2.学生能通过记叙文的文体特点，利用skimming 和scanning等阅读方法来
