Main and difficult points: Reading comprehension of the passage and the usages of the new language items (including some new words and phrases, and some important sentence structures, etc.). Teaching procedur

2、es: Step 1 Revision 1. Check the answers to the vocabulary exercises in Activity 4.2. Revise the contents of the reading passage. Step 2 Language points learning and comprehending (In this step, the teacher explains some of the new language points and teaches the students how to use the words, phras

3、es and sentence structures by offering some examples and doing some exercises such as sentence making to help the students to grasp the usages as well as understand the passage better.) Tasks (Ss) Explore and grasp the new language items by listening to the teachers explanations, observing the examp

4、les and practising using the new language items in sentences with the help of RB.
