、nt, whos considered highly influential in the trends of the 1960s, playing a big part in the popularity of the miniskirts and hot pants. Mary Quant; playing a big part.and hot pants为现在分词短语作伴随状语。

根据题干中的关键词paintings定位到原文第二个展览会介绍的第一句“The exhibition at the Tate Britain brings together 50 pieces of Vincent van Goghs classic works

根据题干中的关键词Diane Arbus定位到原文第三个展览会介绍中的“Titled Diane Arbus:In the Beginning, it covers the first half of her career, featuring more than 100 photographs taken across New York landmarks such as Times Square and Coney Island, more tha

、n twothirds of which havent been seen in the UK before”,注意原文中的photographs同义转换为选项C中的Shots,由此可知正确答案为C。 It has thousands of pumpkins, including a pumpkin patch where people can pick their own pumpkin.分析:本句主句是“It has thousands of pumpkins”,后面的动名词短语

根据第一段倒数第二句“Visitors can pick their own inseason fruits, vegetables, and flowers”可知,游客可以在Butler果园里亲自采摘当令的水果蔬菜和鲜花。故选A项。 根据第二段第二句“He says Butlers Orchard brings back good memories of grow

、ing up on a farm in Honduras”可知,他带孩子来这里是因为这里让他想起了他的童年。 故选A项。

根据第二段中的“The far north community lies in an area where increasingly higher temperature has sped up the movement of sea ice, the primary habitat(栖息地) of polar bears. 很多考生根据第二段最后一句中的“more bears are remaining on land to look for food”就武断地认为北极熊待在陆地上是因为食物短缺,而忽略了“increasingly higher temperature has sped up the movement of sea ice”这一关键信息。

根据最后一段中的“Most tourists visit in the fall”“Many tourists stay several days in the village, which has two small hotels”可知,大多数游客会选择在秋季去Kaktovik游览,而且很多游客会在这个小村庄待上几天,而这个小村庄只有两个小旅馆,故可推知在秋季,Kaktovik的旅馆很抢手。

4G根据空后的“It also improves your heart and lungs”可知,空处应也是叙述锻炼对身体的具体好处,故G项符合语境。
