1、基本信息课题:U2 Lesson 3 Running and Fitness学科英语年级高一授课教师:教材:北师大版新教材必修1教学内容分析【What】该语篇属于“人与社会体育与健康”主题。主要由两封email组成,第一封email是16岁学生Jeremy给Dr. Martin的求助信,信中说明他由于经常生病和体育课表现不佳,他的朋友建议他可以长跑,所以他向Dr. Martin询问长跑是否能够解决他的问题。第二封email是Dr. Martin回复给Jeremy的邮件。该邮件主要由四部分组成:在第一部分中Dr. Martin表明长跑是有很多益处的活动,第二部分中他又说明长跑适合初学者的理由,第

2、三部分他详细地阐述了通过长跑我们可以保持身心健康的多方面的好处(比如give your upper and lower body strength和anyone who is feeling down can go for a run to cheer themselves up),最后一段中他向初始跑步的人提出了建议,即跑前热身及跑后放松活动。【How】 该语篇中的两封email作者采用了“求助回复”的写作方式。其中求助信文章简短,Jeremy直接切入自己的问题;在回复信中,Dr. Martin依据Jeremy的问题,做出了客观科学、有理有据、清晰的答案回复。本节课通过充分挖掘体育活动主题语

3、篇所承载的语言技能和发展学生学习策略的关键点,使学生学会根据语篇类型和特点,从语篇中提取主要信息和观点,理解语篇要义,理解语篇中的显性或隐性的逻辑关系,并且能够批判性地审视语篇内容。基于对主题意义的探究,教师将以解决问题为目的,整合语言知识和语言技能的学习发展,将特定主题与学生生活建立密切关联,鼓励学生学习和运用语言,特别是通过问题的讨论,提高学生的判断能力和解决实际生活中问题的能力。【Why】 作者希望学生通过学习本课,了解长跑的意义和好处,并针对自己的体育锻炼方式进行思考和评价,认真思考和选择适合自己的锻炼方式,并且增强自己要加强体育锻炼的意识,从而真正实现培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建

4、设者和接班人的目标。另外,通过阅读语篇,引导学生积极面对生活中的困难和问题,不妥协,不回避,使学生可以意识到实际生活中出现的问题都可以积极地向相关人员求助,从而提高学生的学习能力,培养学生积极的人生态度。学情分析:学生在之前本单元的学习中已经掌握了本课主题体育相关的一些词汇和文章信息,并且对体育这一话题很感兴趣,对体育运动也有了客观的认识,但是对于有关锻炼身体具体的科学性知识以及相关专业性词汇稍有欠缺。所以教师可以通过设计不同的课堂活动,帮助学生积累主题语境相关信息,激发学生用所获取的重点信息进行正确的、完整的语言表达。 教学目标:在本课学习结束时,学生能够:1. 通过阅读求助信和回复信,归纳

5、Jeremy的写信目的并获取有关长跑的益处以及对于初学者的建议等事实性信息;2. 通过梳理主要信息,分析Dr. Martin给出的回复是否能够解决Jeremy的问题并解释原因;3. 通过讨论,发表自己对长跑这项运动的看法。教学设计教学目标教学活动与步骤/ 时间分配活动意图激活与导入Step 1: (5 mins)1.
