Japan has marked the first anniversary of the devastating earthquake and tsunami.The disaster on March 11th also triggered a serious nuclear crisis at the Fukushima nuclear plant. Some 100-thousand people were forced from their homes.A 20-kilometer area around the plant is still off-limits.For more on the anniversary, Earlier, CRIs Paul James talked to Dominic Swire, who is in Japan covering the event.
