3、星期去三次体育馆，但我（现在）不再锻炼身体了。Used to 表达过去与现在的对照，过去某特定时期的习惯，暗含现在已经不复存在的意思；不与表示一段时间的状语连用。Would 强调个人兴趣与某一动作的持续，没有现在与过去的对照，would 不与there be连用。He used to read in his study for hours. He is on diet in order to lose weight.他正在节食以减肥。（2）be ashamed of to do sth 对（所做之事）感到羞愧或者难为情He is ashamed of his failure. = He is ashamed of having failed.他对自己的失败感到羞愧。（3）ashamed 为表语形容词，只作表语或者后置定语。还有alone，asleep，awake，alike，aware等。Ashamed作表语和后置定语“感到羞愧的，惭愧的”
8、，shameful“可耻的”，是贬义词。a shameful thing 可耻的事 She felt ashamed. 她感到羞愧。It was shameful the way she was treated. (译) _ 5. I hope to lose at least 10 kg.
