2、站盗取,起初他以为那是一个愚人节玩笑,去核实后才知道真相。为了避免大众误会,特意打上了“请大家小心”和“这不是愚人节玩笑”的标签。“金融骗局”与“开玩笑”不能混为一谈。诸如此类的恶劣事件还有谎报警情,公安消防也发出“消防不过愚人节”的呐喊,况且公安消防属于公共资源,上述行为也是违法的。除了以上两个事例外,还有人把伙伴照片做成愚人节表情包,发在群里,最初可能确实只是为了好玩、不夹带其他心思,而且也无出格举动,未给对方造成人身财产威胁。旁观者可能只是一笑而过,但给当事人却造成了无法抹灭心理阴影,谁都不想自己的照片被恶搞并且流传开。而民法典对此作出了规范,这属于侵害他人肖像权,需要负出法律责任。网络
