He was arrested in late 2009 and cooperated fully with the American authorities. It was that cooperation that led to Thursdays relatively light se

He also says that Libyas Ministry of Foreign Affairs would be seeking clarification on the matter.The energy giant Royal Dutch Shell has signed a deal with Ukraine to extract natural gas trapped underground in shale rock. Ukrainian officials said the deal was worth 10 billion dollars which would make it the largest investment in shale gas in Europe. Its believed Urkraine has some of the largest shale gas reserves in Europe and new technology means they are easier to extract.BBC world service news.
