1、Unit 2 Colours教学设计(Period2)一、教材内容分析本课时是人教版PEP小学英语五年级上册第二单元第二课时,词汇教学,涉及Lets learn和Lets do两个环节。Lets learn部分提供了要学习的4个颜色单词,教学目标是学生能听、辨认这四种颜色。教材里4个颜色单词是放在彩虹中呈现的,用I see 这个句型引出。由于生活中这些颜色随处可见,教师在利用彩虹情境教授这4个单词后,不应局限于单一情境,可引导学生发现生活中更多的颜色,加强感受。Lets do此活动主要用来帮助学生巩固操练颜色单词,通过TPR活动使学生动起来,在手、脑、眼的配合中,锻炼各个部位的反应速度。二、学
2、生情况分析本单元的教学对象是三年级的学生,年龄处在九、十岁左右,这个年龄段的儿童观察能力明显提高,自制性品质发展趋于平稳,是理解能力、有意识记发展的关键时期,思维能力处于从具体形象思维向逻辑思维过渡时期,注意力可以连续集中20分钟左右,具有爱玩、好动、好表现、求知欲望强、模仿表演能力强等特点,对英语学习有着浓厚的兴趣。三年级的学生刚刚接触英语,在第一单元中,已经学习了人物介绍的句子、文具名称的词汇、句型I have a 以及Open your pencil box. Show me your pen. Close your book. Carry your bag.这些指令性语言。对于基本的课
3、堂用语、教师的简单指令学生基本可以掌握,在图片、教师的肢体语言或多媒体课件的辅助下基本能听懂、读准英语单词和句子,并在教师的指导下完成一系列的英语课堂活动。三、教学目标1能够听、说、认读以下单词:red, green, yellow, blue并能用英语描述颜色。2能够听懂所接触的指示语,并能按照指令做出相应的动作。3能够在日常生活中运用句型What colour do you see? I see red/yellow/green/blue.对所见到的颜色进行询问并回答。四、教学重难点教学重点:听、说、认读red, green, yellow, blue的颜色名称。教学难点:学生能读准red
4、, green, yellow, blue这四个颜色单词的发音;能结合在句型The _ is yellow/red/green/blue.说说物品的颜色。五、教学步骤1热身(1)Greeting to the students.T: Good morning, boys and girls.Ss: Good morning, Miss Yu.T: How are you today?Ss: Im fine. 9、fingerLook and guess What colour will stay here?教师呈现red, yellow, blue, green四种颜色,让学生猜一猜哪种颜色会最后呈现在PPT上,并大声说出来。学生在活动中,练习了单词的音和形。(2)Read, think and fill观察单词出现的规律,填空。带有挑战性的填词游戏。(3)Spelling game单词拼写活动,学生根据颜色和部分字母,将单词补充完成。如果学生觉得有难度,可以听音填补。视情况而定。4巩固(1)利用书中的彩虹插图谈论What colour do you see? I see (2)Choose and
10、answer.选数字,并根据图片信息回答问题,共4组。(图片有:pencil, bag, eraser, pencil box均为第一单元所学的词汇,将已学词汇滚动在新句型中学习,温故而知新。)Qs: What colour do you see? What is red?Lets chant:每个数字回答问题后,都有这样的一个自编歌谣,例如:Red, red.I see red.The pencil is red.将颜色、句型相结合,并配有节奏,学生们学起来很轻松。(3)Lets doWatch the video and chant together.Show me green. Show

Show me yellow.学生可以一边吟唱,一边拿起相同颜色的物品,唱一唱,做一做的活动,更能加深学生对这几个颜色词的音与义的理解。(4)Listen and do(听音做动作)Show me (通过每组学生选取一名代表到黑板前面,进行竞赛,教师发出指令,show me +颜色,学生迅速抓起桌面上代表不同颜色的粉笔,哪组最先抓到为胜利。)T: Show me red/ 学生通过指令迅速做出反应,找出红色相关的物体。5拓展(1)Lets find the coloursChina (yellow and red)UK (red, blue and

T: What colour do you see in the national flag of PRC/ UK/Australia/Canada?S1/S2 .: I see (2)The logo of the Olympic Games利用奥林匹克运动会的五环颜色进行拓展,同时将本节课升华:The slogan of Olympic Games: One world, one dream.奥运口号:同一个世界,同一个梦想。6作业仿照这样的句式写出四个句子,即:The _ is _.用图片的相关单词造句。
