Traffic on the Cross-Town Expressway is moving smoothly with only one minor slowdown to report at the Riverside exit in the lane towards south, where a section of the fence is being repaired. An accident at the intersection of Stafford backed up downtown in the area around City Hall. Police and an ambulance are on the scene, but the damaged cars are still blocking the intersection.
