12、tly,but the females relationships remain unchanging.Baboons,the largest monkeys on the African continent,are also the most adaptable.This adaptability is particularly noticeable in their diet.The “Pumphouse Gang” had a very diverse diet,which enabled them to survive bad times when other wildlife in

13、the area died.Baboons eat grass.But since they have to compete with other animals for this food,they add seeds,roots and flowers in their diet.They also enjoy insects and are not averse to a good piece of meat now and then.Strum says she did not have a single boring moment during her sixteen months
