1、高一暑假阅读天天练: 一位青年大学毕业后,曾豪情万丈地为自己树立了许多目标,可几年下来,依然一事无成。他满怀烦恼的去找一位智者。智者微笑着听完青年的倾诉,对他说:“来,你先帮我烧壶开水。” 青年看见墙角放着一个极大的水壶,于是装满壶水,放在火炉上,添了些柴禾便烧了起来。可是由于壶太大,那捆柴禾烧尽了水也没有开。于是他跑出去找柴禾,等回来时,那壶水已经凉的差不多了。 如此反复几次之后,他终于学聪明了,没有急于点火,而是找来了足够多的柴禾,这样一鼓作气,水不一会儿就烧开了。智者这是问他:“如果没有足够的柴禾,你该怎样把水烧开?”青年想了一会儿,摇摇头.智者说:“如果那样,就把壶里的水倒掉一些。”

2、青年若有所思的的点了点头。智者接着说:你一开始踌躇满志,树立了太多的目标,就像这个大壶的水太多一样,而你又没有足够多的柴禾,所以不能把水烧开。要想把水烧开,你要么先倒出一些水,或者先去准备柴禾。” 青年顿时大悟。回去后,他把计划中列的目标划掉了许多,只留下最近的几个。几年后。他的目标基本实现了。这个故事告诉我们:凡事预则立,不预则废。做任何事情都必须要有明确的计划和目标。合理的目标,才能成为你走向成功,走向辉煌的起点。 过多的不切合实际的目标,会妨碍成功的到来。万事俱怀,只会一事无成。只有删繁就简,从最近的目标开始,才能一步步走向成功。 把目标按层次分类,一步一步的去实施。适当的“水”,充足的
