Louis tried and tried, but he couldnt come up with a code that would work.Later, while teaching at a school for the blind in Paris, Louis heard of a kind of “night

15、 writing”, which was a code that a French army captain had made up for sending messages on the battle field. The message was “written” in raised dots and dashes. It was “read” by touch.
